Small items ship via Purolator, UPS, or FedEx and typically arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Large furniture pieces ship via specialized LTL freight carriers to ensure safe delivery. Transit time is generally 1–2 weeks within Canada and approximately 3–4 weeks within the USA when shipped from our Toronto warehouse.

How soon will my order arrive?

Authentic designer brands often come with long wait times, typically 16 to 20 weeks, and in some cases 6 to 8 months. As a direct to consumer brand with our own manufacturing, Sohnne ships faster by cutting out the middlemen.

Are these true 1:1 reproductions?

Yes. Every piece is a 1:1 match to the original architect’s dimensions. For example, we source premium materials like Kvadrat fabrics and 1.2mm Gruppo Mastrotto leather. Unlike replicas using thin 0.8mm hides, our factory-direct Material Standardsensure heirloom quality.*This item is not manufactured by or affiliated with the original designer(s) and associated parties. Can I return the product?

We offer a 60-day return policy. Customers cover return shipping to our U.S. warehouse and a 20% restocking fee. However, we will fully waive the restocking fee if you provide a continuous, uncut video of the unboxing process showing the item’s arrival condition. This ensures transparency for both parties. What is covered under the warranty?

What materials are used for the Arne Chair?

The chair uses aniline leather, urethane foam, and fiberglass for the main body. The base is made of satin-finished stainless steel.

Can the chair swivel?

Yes, you can rotate it 360°, and it returns to the center automatically.

How do I care for the leather upholstery?

You can wipe the leather with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Blot spills right away. Use a leather cleaner for deep stains.
