Quick Ship products in 6 stocked colors are ready to ship in 6-8 weeks from purchase date depending on customer location and the shipping carrier. USM custom Configurations are ready to install in 14-16 weeks.

We maintain warehouses in Toronto (Canada) and Buffalo (USA) to serve customers across North America as quickly and efficiently as possible.

In-Stock Items

If an item is in stock, we aim to ship within 1–2 business days.

Small items ship via Purolator, UPS, or FedEx and typically arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Large furniture pieces ship via specialized LTL freight carriers to ensure safe delivery. Transit time is generally 1–2 weeks within Canada and approximately 3–4 weeks within the USA when shipped from our Toronto warehouse.

No Hidden Costs

For shipments between Canada and the USA, you do not have to pay any additional tariffs or duties. Everything is handled by us.
